Roof Leak

Notes

2026-10-06 - Owner requested an update on the escalation to the Managing Director / Co-owner for an update on the unaddressed 2 other issues. Since the Property Manager is only providing updates on the roof leak issue on the existing case, Owner raised additional property damage maintenance requests to address the issues not yet acknowledged by Keystone Grey: 01528407 – Mold Concern and Main Bedroom Ceiling Water Damage and Task 01528404 – Water Damage to End Wall

2026-10-05 Owner escalated the issue to Managing Director / Co-owner. Clarified that there are 3 issues unrepaired: 1) Roof leak since June 28. 2) Black stain mark (mold?) and water damage to main bedroom ceiling since Aug 21. 3) Water damage to end wall. Managing Director / Co-owner acknowledged escalation. Property Manager failed to provide update on 2 of the 3 issues contained in the escalation, advising only that the quotes for roof leak repair are expected by the end of the week, and will then be sent to the Board for review.

2026-10-01 - Owner requested update again.
