2026-10-20 - Owner submits a request for a copy of the Condominium Board of Directors Nomination Form to volunteer to serve on the Board. Based on Google reviews of Keystone Grey, a recurring concern appears to be their apparent lack of regard for residents who are not Board members. This perception is reinforced by their lack of action and accountability on numerous requests raised with them, as well as their failure to respond to the most recent escalation sent to the Managing Director / Co-owner after hours on October 15, 2026.
