Dryer Vent Cleaning
Notes
2026-10-06 - Keystone Grey advised the issue was sent to the Board for review.
2026-10-04 - Owner submits a query about when the annual dryer vent cleaning is expected to take place. Highlighted: 1) Dryer vents have not been cleaned since Nov 2025, unsure of date of last cleaning. 2) Asked if dryer vent cleaners will need access to the unit. 3) Asked if the anticipated date of annual dryer vent cleaning can be added to the Calendar in the Resident Portal, as was possible for the window washing date.
