2026-10-02 - Keystone Grey advise this is raised to Property Manager’s attention as the matter has been sent to the Board again. Property Manager has requested a final decision from the Board. Later the same day, Keystone Grey advise the Board approved the request.

2026-10-01 - Owner requested update again.

2026-09-25 - Owner requested update since the vendor’s quoted pricing is only valid for a limited time.

2026-09-24 - Keystone Grey advise the details have been sent to the Board.

2026-09-23 - Owner added updated quote to Resident Portal.

2026-09-20 - Owner requested update and provided additional photos with specific items like: Door, Window, Window Frame highlighted and annotated.

2026-09-14 - Keystone Grey advise they did not receive a response from the Property Manager and the Board and will follow up. They also provided a snapshot of a window-related bylaw section. Owner replied back to clarify the vendor’s question is about the front entry door.

2026-09-11 - Owner provided confirmation about balcony responsibility. Owner also clarified the page number on the documentation already provided when the ticket was raised, the drawing plan can be found on.

2026-09-10 - Keystone Grey request confirmation from Owner about balcony responsibility and asked for drawing or plan showing the proposed placement of the windows to share with the board.

2026-09-03 - Keystone Grey confirm they are following up with the Board.

2026-09-02 - Owner requested update since the vendor’s quoted pricing is only valid for a limited time, and also submits query from vendor about the front door requirements.

2026-08-31 - Owner submits Exterior Change Request Form for window replacement, and passed along query from vendor about front door colour. Keystone Grey confirm they forwarded the request to the Board.
