2026-09-01 - Owner requests update on if the landscaping company who failed to cut the grass yet again yesterday was the old or new landscaping company.

2026-09-01 - Keystone Grey advise a new landscaping company is set to visit this week.

2026-08-31 - Owner requests update again since there was another visit from the landscaping company yet the backyard grass was still not cut.

2026-06-30 - Owner confirms (again) the backyard is accessible since the gate has no lock.

2026-06-30 - Keystone Grey confirms landscaping contractor will mow backyard grassed areas provided the gate is unlocked and the yard is clear of any items that would prevent access. Keystone grey asks if the backyard gate was left unlocked and accessible during the recent landscaping visits so they can follow up with the contractor.

2026-06-27 - Owner requests update since backyard lawn is still not mowed despite seeing landscapers visit on 2026-06-18 and 2026-06-26.
