2026-10-02 - Keystone Grey advise this task is being closed since response and approval have been provided under Task 1474559.

**2026-09-24 - Keystone Grey **confirm receipt of clarification and confirm it has been sent to the Board for their review.

2026-09-23 - Keystone Grey Property Manager advises the Board has reviewed the application and requests confirmation that the window outside frames will be metal clad. Keystone Grey later send the same request as a duplicate. Owner sends response as confirmed by vendor that the outside frames will indeed be metal. There is no space for this detail on the quote form, however documentation of the vendor’s confirmation of metal frames is uploaded to the ticket.

2026-09-11 - Owner provided confirmation about balcony responsibility. Owner also clarified the page number on the documentation already provided when the ticket was raised, the drawing plan can be found on.

2026-09-10 - Keystone Grey request confirmation from Owner about balcony responsibility and asked for drawing or plan showing the proposed placement of the windows to share with the board.
